Rates

-Master bedroom $190 per night. All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to an 8% NYS Sales Tax. Third parties in a room will be charged $25.00/night ages 10-17 and $50.00/night ages 18 and older.
-Second bedroom, $170 per night.
-Third bedroom, $180 per night.

 

Policies

There is a rate reduction when the Master and second bedroom share the bath.  Please inquire about corporate rates.

Minimum Stay A two-night minimum is required for holiday weekends and all weekends from mid-May through November. Certain exceptions may be made.
Payment/Deposits To guarantee your reservation, a 50% credit card deposit is required, balance due upon check-in. Preferred payment methods are cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellations Cancellations made more that 14 days prior to scheduled arrivale will receive a full refund less a $25.00 service fee. Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled arrival will be charged 50% less a $25.00 service fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in will be charged for the full reservation. Please note: Evcery attempt is made to re-book a cancelled room, no charges will be incurred, less the $25.00 service fee, if a room is re-booked.
Check In/Out Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Specific arrangements my be made on an individual basis to include arrivale, departure and luggage check.
Parking On street parking is readily available. Alternate side of the street parking is observed 7 days a week according to odd and even days. This means that if tomorrow is an odd number day, park on the odd numbered side of the street tonight until 8 AM tomorrow. And vice versa for even numbered days.
Pets Prior arrangements are needed for well behaved dogs
Smoking The Warren Street B & B is a smoke free environment.
